Remote Support Services is available to all New and existing clients. Before you click on the "I Need Support" button, please follow the steps provided below:

  1. If you have not done so, please Contact our Technical Support Office at 954-572-9115, Option #3
  2. The Support Engineer that will assist you, will provide you with his Agent Number.
  3. Upon Engineer's instructions, click on "I Need Support" button.
  4. The Engineer will provide you with further Instructions to install.
  5. To proceed you, must agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • If your company is not setup for Payment Terms, please have a Credit Card ready and provide it to the Support Engineer to expedite Remote Support.

  • Technical Assistance
    If you require assistance with the installation or operation of your equipment please call our technical support department at (954) 572-9115 for assistance. Our technical support engineers are trained in a wide variety of products. They are also able to assist you in directly contacting the manufacturer. If necessary they can assist you in requesting an on-site service call. DASNet also offers a variety of on-site technical capabilities from break-fix to high end solution implementation. We have the flexibility to adapt to whatever situation or need that our customers may have. We also have the capabilities to provide our customers with responsive break-fix and service block-hours or agreements.
  • Product Return Requests
    The guidelines below are designed to maximize your flexibility if you want to return a product. To maintain the competitive prices we offer you, it is essential that we carefully manage returns.

Product Return Policy

To return product:

  1. Please call and ask to speak to the RMA administrator. Please have the following information available to expedite the processing of your return: invoice number, product part number/description and reason for return

  2. After review and acceptance of your request, we will issue a RMA number.
  • We cannot guarantee our acceptance of your request, but we will make every effort to assist you.
